In the time I’ve known him, Anthony has repeatedly demonstrated a passion for community service and a great capacity for thoughtful and compassionate leadership. Anthony has a vested interest in connecting with the individuals around him, and goes to great lengths to make meaningful connections with his colleagues. In working alongside Anthony, I have been consistently impressed by his ability to manage a heavy administrative workload in a fast-paced environment, and his ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure. He is also able to navigate complex conversations about race, class, and other social justice issues with clarity and insight. I believe Anthony has a tremendous opportunity for growth in refining his leadership style, and he will continue to find great success in realizing his potential as a driven and empathetic leader in his future endeavors.

When it comes to his work, Anthony is incredibly passionate. He is someone who engages with all aspects of the task at hand - from ensuring that he delivers the highest quality work to communicating with his coworkers to see how else he can help. While working with him as a fellow Program Advisor for Boston University’s Orientation, I had the opportunity to see him lead various events, manage several administrative responsibilities, and build meaningful connections with parents and students to make them feel welcome, all while working tirelessly behind the scenes to respond quickly to new challenges and ensure the program’s success. The most notable aspect of Anthony’s work style is the positive energy he brings to work with him every day that has helped foster a strong team culture within our office. His attitude, adaptability, and dedication make Anthony an effective leader I would recommend for any position.

Anthony is an exceptional, dedicated, and worthwhile addition to any team or organization he joins. He and I both lead on the Executive Board of the BU Chapter of the Minority Association for Pre-med/Pre-health Students for 2 years in which Anthony helped coordinate a large fundraiser involving many different departments at BU to fund our trip to the yearly national convention. He helped grow MAPS and left it in a better state financially than when he first began as president. Anthony is a great organizer who is able to build support around any project he pursues. We also worked together for our university's residence life department in which he was an exceptional employee. His skills in team building and team work are second to none!

He is a very capable and reliable team player, and an inspiring and helpful individual. He always went the extra mile and searched for ways to quickly solve any challenges that arose.
